Each year, our Board of Directors compiles an Annual Report detailing the activities of the William and Nancy Budd Scholarship Fund. These reports include financial data from both our U.S. operations and our Kenyan counterparts, as well as updates on the education system in Kenya, students’ performance on the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exam, and biographies of our scholarship recipients. Most reports are comprehensive, providing a detailed overview of the Fund’s impact.
The tradition of compiling annual reports began in 2005, offering a structured record of the Fund’s growth and success. Before this, from 2000 to 2005, Mike McCarthy compiled the First Five Year Report, which documented the Fund’s early history and soared the inspiring stories of its first scholarship recipients.
Below, you can access our Annual Reports and the First Five Year Reports, which together capture the legacy and ongoing impact of the Budd Scholarship.
